Free Exercise Classes on the Outer Banks – Duck

Morning Exercise Classes Set to Begin in April

The Town of Duck’s morning exercise classes will begin on Thursday, April 2, 2009.

 

Classes include:

 

·         Mondays – Yoga;

·         Tuesdays – Tai Chi;

·         Thursdays – Pilates.

 

The free classes start at 7:30 a.m. and are being held on the Town Green.  No registration is required. 

 

Please bring a mat or towel if you are participating in the yoga or Pilates classes. 

 

In the case of inclement weather, classes may be cancelled.

    The Events Calendar says that Yoga is on Monday at 7:30 a.m., Tai Chi is on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m., and Pilates is on Thursday at 7:30 a.m.
