Manteo – I love it! It has been about 2 yrs since I have been down there. Maybe next year and I am marking my calendar for this event. It would be a great time of year to revisit this adorable town.
Last time I visited we went to a wonderful outdoors concert overlooking the harbor on the Arts Council lawn. We got lucky and just stumbled upon it.
