Have you always thought that you would love to stay in a vacation rental home? Did you hesitate on booking a vacation home because you thought that it would be too costly? The truth is vacation rental homes can be significantly cheaper than hotels.
Recently, the incredible savings that vacation rentals offer was highlighted in the New York Post. In fact there have been a wealth of websites that have been created as means to help travelers find deals on vacation homes.
You can get a house in Spain for $45 a night, and another for $450 a night — the market is extremely flexible,” says Alexis de Belloy of HomeAway.com, a listings site. “On average,” de Belloy says, “a rental is half the cost of a hotel based on square footage.” This is a value that’s especially evident when you’re traveling in a group, facing the prospect of having to book multiple hotel rooms. The same is true on the Outer Banks, the savings from renting a vacation home can be drastic.
The Outer Banks offers great vacation rental homes for all types of travelers; small beach bungalows to large beach front estates…many with flexible payment plans and no interest!
