Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Looking for a fun, heart pounding activity to do while on your Outer Banks vacation?  Then stand up paddle boarding (SUP) may be the perfect activity for you!

Paddle boarding is a fast-growing sport that has been especially popular in the Outer Banks.  It’s a fun, easy way to go play in the ocean or sound water and requires a small amount of equipment.  In fact, all you need is a board and paddle!

This fun new sport offers an amazing full body workout and since you’re standing up on the board, you’ll be able to see gorgeous ocean and sound views.

Sound like fun?

Well Club Seaside members receive an exclusive discounted rate of $45/person for a 1-hour SUP lesson from Farm Dog Surf School.

These 1-hour classes are taught by experienced instructors who are experts in helping you have a great time.  Farm Dog provides the board and paddle, all you need to bring is a bathing suit and towel!

Great aerial capture of Jennette's Pier this AM. Woke up to a light dusting of snow this morning, something that only occurs maybe a few times a year on the Outer Banks! #snOBX // Photo by @outerbanksdrone // #iloveobx #outerbanks #obx #visitnc #nc #northcarolina #winter #nagshead

Would you ever stay in a house this close to the ocean? Keep in mind the water was fairly calm yesterday and on a rough day, waves would be crashing along the home's pillars. #iloveobx #outerbanks #obx #visitnc #vacation #nagshead #winter #nc #northcarol
